Covid-19 Policy

COVID-19 social distancing compliance.

Please read below the following rules that we will be complying with to ensure your children are safe during our after school clubs

  1. A full risk assessment will be completed and agreed by the coaches prior to the club starting.

  2. All children will be asked to wash and sanitise their hands prior to session starting and after they handle any equipment.

  3. Children will be put into a ‘Bubble’ of no more than 15 children, this will be their bubble throughout the term.

  4. Once allocated to a ‘Bubble’ children will only play with the other children in their Bubble for the session.

  5. Equipment sharing will be kept to a minimum, where this is not possible, coaches will be sanitising the equipment regularly with sterilising fluid. 

  6. All coaches will carry hand sanitiser and sterilising fluid.

  7. The games we play will encourage the use of space and will enhance the spatial awareness of the children, ensuring social distancing is maintained.

  8. We will be following the corresponding sports governing body on contact. e.g. the football association is currently allowing football matches. We will also be following your child's school guidelines on social distancing. This may mean that some clubs can not play matches/games.

  9. Any first aid given will be done with gloves and a face mask.

  10. We will try to be outside as much as possible, so please ensure your child has waterproof's and warm clothing for the autumn/winter months.

  11. If your child display's Covid-19 symptoms then please do not send your child to club. If your child displays Covid-19 symptoms during club then the coach will send your child home.

 The law on protecting personally identifiable information, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), allows Public Health England to use the personal information collected by NHS Test and Trace Service.

Therefore, if required to do so by the NHS Track and Trace Services, CASA Ltd will provide the contact details of all children and adults that have been in close contact with anyone that has tested positive for Covid-19 within the setting.

This is in accordance with Article 6(1)(e) of the GDPR ‘processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest’.
