School Covid Policy

In the event that your child's class has been put into a class bubble, your child will not be allowed to attend the club. You will be refunded for the sessions missed if this is the case, then once the class is out of the bubble then they will be able to return.

Pick up policy

All children will be picked up from the outside the year 6 door on the playground, no child is allowed to walk home without being collected by a parent/guardian.

Refund policy

After making a booking you have seven days to make any amendments or cancellations free of charge, after the seventh day the tickets are non refundable unless of circumstances such as clubs being cancelled due to covid.

Please note the minimum requirement for the club to run is 15 children, in the event the club does not achieve that number you be contacted will recieve a full refund.
