There are more ways for your School to spend its funding and one way would be through CPD for your teachers. CPD provides a great opportunity for your teachers to develop their understanding of the sports that Schools deliver and how they can run their sessions to meet the individual needs of each child. CASA offer a CPD programme which runs for 12 weeks, in that time the teacher will see 3 sessions based around invasion, striking & fielding and net & wall games. They will then have the opportunity to deliver one of each type of session to receive feedback from the coach. At the end of the 12 week programme the teacher will receive a booklet with 36 session plans for them to use throughout the year with their class.
