Afterschool Booking
Important information before you book- please read the below.
Please find below the links to booking forms for the various clubs
You can select a number of different options at once for each club, after doing so you will be taken to our medical form which will need to be filled out and then asked to pay for the clubs you have selected. Payment can be made via Visa and MasterCard.
The registration form will have American date format so will be Month, Date then Year. It will not let you continue with the booking if the date is not valid so please make sure it is written in the correct format.
