Please find below the links to booking forms for the various clubs.

Children to wear PE kit.

Clubs will be outside regardless of the weather, so please ensure your child has clothes suitable for the time of the year.

After doing so you will be taken to our medical form which will need to be filled out and then asked to pay for the clubs you have selected. Payment can be made via Visa and MasterCard.
