Hamworthy Park Junior School After School Club
Important information before you book- please read the below.
Please find below the links to booking forms for the various clubs.

Children require full P.E kit, collection is from twin sails drive next to the year 4 playground.
After doing so you will be taken to our medical form which will need to be filled out and then asked to pay for the clubs you have selected. Payment can be made via Visa and MasterCard.
